Speculation that New Jersey Democratic Congresswoman Bonnie Watson-Coleman could face a primary challenge or retire has ramped up in recent days after numerous members of her own party criticized for her vote against a pro-Israel resolution. The district which includes Princeton and Trenton has a history of electing some of New Jersey’s most liberal members of Congress. From 1999 to 2015, it was represented by Rush Holt, a Congressman known for his liberal record.
