Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline took to twitter this week, calling for an investigation on whether or not Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook CEO, lied to congress.
Sure looks like Zuckerberg lied to Congress about whether users have “complete control” over who sees our data on Facebook. This needs to be investigated and the people responsible need to be held accountable. https://t.co/rshBsxy32G

He added, days later, about another of Facebook’s scandals. Facebook reportedly gave China access to American data on the social media platform.
This keeps looking worse and worse for Facebook. Zuckerberg needs to be brought back to testify again before Congress. And there need to be consequences for how they’ve violated the trust of their customers. https://t.co/L4GbdHcM8x

Mark Zuckerberg has been somewhat submerged in ethical and legal violations, even becoming infamous for using his major platform to censor conservatives. Whether he will go before Congress again remains to be seen.
