Police are still investigating a five-vehicle crash on the northbound Garden State Parkway, south of Exit 117, that left two cars mangled, with one flipped. Delays left all lanes of the Parkway at a complete stop.
Around 11:18 a.m EST, a NYX News contributor caught the scene on video as a helicopter arrived to transport atleast one person injured. Pedestrians waiting in traffic were reported to be standing outside of their cars as they waited for help to arrive.
