Youtuber Joey “Salads” Saladino, who is running for Congress in District 11 of New York, has allegedly filed a lawsuit against Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez after being blocked by the Freshman Democrat from Twitter.
A court ruled recently that President Donald Trump could not block people from his Twitter account because he uses the account for official government business. Whether this precedent will be held for AOC as well remains to be seen.
