Attorney William Barr announced Monday he was firing Acting Bureau of Prison chief Hugh Hurwitz after high-profile prisoner Jeffrey Epstein took his own life in a New York federal facility.
The facility was said to be understaffed and poorly managed which may have contributed to the circumstances that allowed Jeffrey Epstein to commit suicide.
