With the Northeast having record-breaking cold weather including snowstorms and sub-zero temperatures, President Trump took to twitter to blast ‘global warming’:
In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year’s Eve on record. Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to pay TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to protect against. Bundle up!

Erie Pennsylvania accumulated over 65 inches of snow and Chicago temperature’s sunk to single digits.
Don Beyer, a Democrat Representative from Virginia hit back with a lesson on climate change:
1: This isn’t how climate change works.
2: We weren’t paying trillions of dollars. You didn’t understand the Paris Agreement in June and you still don’t.
3: Climate Change is real. It is a serious threat to our children. You need people on your team who can explain this to you. https://t.co/SQG9cMGOGe

Twitter scientists also came out of the woodworks to reply to the President:
So do you deny science?

This comes months after President Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris Accord Deal, which would have shaved off just 0.2- degrees from the global temperature within 100 years, while stifling American jobs and pumping billions in American tax dollars to foreign countries.
